I love working with clients of all types, from beginner to advanced, young and old alike. My goal is to have my clients stay active in a way that they will enjoy for the rest of their lives. If it is not fun, it probably will not get done. I love to incorporate balance exercises into my training sessions. Balance is key in life in so many ways. I am not very coordinated. I may trip, but if my muscles are trained right, I can prevent a fall or at least lessen the blow. Should injury occur, I am knowledgeable in recovery exercises.

Joshua Knight

Personal Trainer
Greetings and salutations! My name is Joshua Knight and I am a personal trainer as well as a physical therapy technician and Crossfit coach. I began coaching during my time at Winthrop University. I ran classes at Crossfit Rock Hill for about 2 years and loved every minute of it. I was certified as an exercise physiologist just before my graduation in December 2016. Since then I have found that I love health and fitness. One of the few things I enjoy more than discussing it is using it to benefit and change lives.
